About

This Pilates space was created with intention: to offer thoughtful, intelligent movement in a setting that feels supportive, personal, and grounded in real expertise.

With over 18 years of teaching experience, I bring a contemporary approach to Pilates informed by extensive classical and modern training, including a 450-hour teacher training background rooted in PMA and Balanced Body principles—plus years of real-world experience working with bodies of all ages, abilities, and histories.

Classes are intentionally kept small to allow for individualized attention, meaningful progress, and precise cueing. Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating pre/postnatal changes, returning to movement, or looking to challenge your strength and mobility, each session is designed to meet you where you are—and help you move forward with confidence.

This new location is an extension of the work I’ve been doing for nearly two decades: smart movement, honest teaching, and a belief that Pilates should support your life, not intimidate you.

You don’t need to be “good” at Pilates. You just need to show up.
