Our Instructor Training Program is designed for those who want more than a certificate—they want to become confident, skilled, and thoughtful Pilates teachers.
With over 18 years of teaching experience and a comprehensive 450-hour training background rooted in PMA and Balanced Body principles, this program blends classical foundations with contemporary application. It reflects real studio life, real clients, and real bodies—not just theory.
This training prepares instructors to teach intelligent, adaptable Pilates across all settings, from private sessions to mixed-level small groups.
